Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Demolinkss Pty Ltd including demolition, excavation, soil removal, trenching, landscaping, site clean up, and construction waste removal services.

By accepting a quotation or engaging our services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Works

Demolinkss Pty Ltd will carry out works as outlined within the approved quotation, proposal, or contract documentation.

Any variations or additional works requested after acceptance may incur additional charges.

2. Permits & Certificates Provided by Demolinkss Pty Ltd

The following permits and certificates will be provided by Demolinkss Pty Ltd where applicable:

  • Demolition Permit
  • Asbestos Clearance Certificate
  • Final Inspection Certificate

Demolinkss Pty Ltd will coordinate and assist with relevant approvals and compliance documentation required for demolition works.

3. Permits Required from the Client

The following permits and approvals must be obtained by the client prior to commencement of works:

  • Asset Protection Permit
  • Tree Removal Permit (where applicable)

Delays in obtaining required permits may affect project commencement dates and timelines.

4. Checklist for Demolition Permit Application

The following items must be completed and provided before Demolinkss Pty Ltd can apply for the demolition permit:

  • Signed Quote, Consent to Demolish, and Demolinkss Pty Ltd Terms & Conditions
  • Signed Appointment of Building Surveyor and Building Surveyor Terms & Conditions forms
    (The owner listed on the Certificate of Title must sign these documents. If ownership is under a company, an ASIC search showing the Directors is required.)
  • Council endorsed Feature Survey or Demolition Plan and any associated engineering plans
  • Certificate of Title and Plan of Subdivision (dated within the last 3 months)
  • Confirmation of Local Council consent and/or tree permit for removal of any trees on site
  • Application for abolishment of electricity and gas meters (may take up to 20 business days)
  • Disconnection of telephone/data and/or NBN services (may take up to 15 business days)
  • Copy of the Asset Protection Permit from Council
  • Crossover Permit from Council (if required)

Failure to provide the above documentation may result in delays to permit applications and project commencement.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Ensure clear and safe site access
  • Obtain required client-side permits and approvals
  • Notify Demolinkss Pty Ltd of any known underground services, hazards, or site conditions
  • Make payments in accordance with agreed terms

6. Delays & Unforeseen Conditions

Demolinkss Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Council approval delays
  • Utility disconnections
  • Hidden site conditions
  • Hazardous materials
  • Delays caused by third parties

Additional charges may apply where unforeseen site conditions require additional works.

7. Safety & Compliance

All works will be completed in accordance with relevant Victorian building regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

Demolinkss Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend works if unsafe site conditions are identified.

8. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period outlined in the quotation or invoice documentation.

Late payments may incur additional fees or delays to project completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Demolinkss Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, third-party actions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

Demolinkss Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
